What is the Elnova Audit?

A paid discovery engagement. We spend two to three weeks inside your business — talking to the people doing the actual work, mapping what is really happening, and finding where time and money are going. You get a ranked list of problems, a cost breakdown, and a specific proposal. If you proceed to the build, the audit fee comes off the project.

How long does the audit take?

Two to three weeks for most businesses. Larger or more complex operations can run to four weeks. We agree on the scope before we start.

What do we need to prepare?

Not much. Access to the key people doing the work, a walkthrough of your main tools, and a willingness to be honest about what is actually happening. We have done this enough times to know the difference between how a process is documented and how it really runs.

What if you do not find anything worth fixing?

We say that and stop. We do not build proposals to justify a build. It has happened. We would rather lose the project than build something that does not move the needle.

Does the audit fee get credited toward the build?

Yes. In full, if you proceed to Phase 2.

Do you only build AI systems?

Accepted Answer

No. We use whatever the problem actually needs. Sometimes that is AI. Sometimes it is a cleaner integration or a properly built automation. We do not force AI into an engagement where it makes the build more complex and the result less reliable.

How long does a build take?

Depends on what we are building. A single automation: three to four weeks. A more complex AI system or integration: six to twelve weeks. We scope this clearly before we start and we do not move the timeline without a reason.

Do you work with our existing tools or replace them?

We work with what you have. We do not rip and replace unless the audit finds a genuinely compelling reason to. Most of the time, the tools are fine — they just need to be connected properly.

What happens when the build is done?

You get documentation written for the people who will actually use it, a handover session with your team, and a period of check-ins to make sure it is actually running. Then most clients move to a monthly retainer.

How do engagements work if we are not in India?

Remotely, with video calls structured around your time zone. For embedded engagements that require someone on-site, we discuss that as part of scoping.

What does a retainer cover?

Monitoring, error resolution, API and schema updates, minor iteration, and a monthly review of what is running and what is next. New builds are always scoped separately. We offer two options: self-managed (you hold your own tool accounts, we handle everything else) or Elnova-managed (we run the infrastructure, one invoice covers everything).
