Two to three weeks. A fixed fee. A clear picture of what is broken and what it costs. If we cannot find anything worth fixing, we say so and stop.
After the build
Most clients stay on after we finish.
APIs update. Business rules shift. New processes get added. Most clients move to a monthly retainer covering monitoring, error resolution, and ongoing iteration.
We offer two ways to handle it.
Self-managed
You hold your own tool accounts and cloud subscriptions. We handle the monitoring, updates, and fixes.
Elnova-managed
We run the infrastructure. You get one monthly invoice covering everything.
Retainer scope and pricing is agreed during the audit, before the build begins.
